Frank is currently a Partner with the CPA firm of Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Company LLP where he is in-charge of the financial institutions practice.  Frank has over twelve years of experience, both from KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, providing extensive services to organizations in various industries including real estate, international banking, banking, investment funds, manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, and other related financial services. Frank is experienced in first-time through audit engagements and in providing audit and business advisory services to many national and international public (SEC) and privately held companies including experience in initial and secondary public offerings, capital formation and mergers and acquisitions.  He is actively involved in the local and international business community and has assisted numerous clients in accomplishing financial and operational objectives.  Frank is involved in various community and professional organizations including the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, Cuban-American CPA Association, American Institute of CPA’s, American Institute of CPA’s, United Way of Dade County, Florida International University Alumni Association and the Miami Chamber of Commerce.
