Experience

Hector is the managing partner of KPMG’s South Florida Business Unit.  The South Florida Business Unit includes offices in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and San Juan, Puerto Rico.  Hector began his career with the Firm in 1983 when he joined the Miami office; he was elected to the partnership in 1994. 

Hector has extensive experience with large complex transactions including spin-offs, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and initial and secondary public offerings.  A current list of selected clients includes:
