  • TotalBank Rana Society:  Founder.  Promotes career opportunities and advancement for business and professional women.  1996 - Present.

  • International Women’s Leadership Forum:  Special Advisor, U.S. Advisory Board.  The IWLF encourages and prepares women around the world to strive for positions of leadership on the community, national, and international levels.  1995 - Present.

  • “Character and Courage” Breakfast Series:  Created through the Beacon Council.  Breakfast series focusing on the Character and Courage in careers and hobbies of prominent community leaders.  1998.

  • Fit and Fabulous Program:  Founder.  Promotes nutrition and exercise for post-mastectomy women who are undergoing chemotherapy.  1991 - 1994.
