Experience
Over 28 years of experience providing extensive services to
organizations in various industries including telecommunications,
international banking, banking, investment funds, fresh produce,
professional sports, real estate, airlines, manufacturing and
distribution. Experienced in providing audit and business advisory
services to many international public and privately held companies,
including expertise in initial and secondary public offerings, capital
formation and mergers and acquisitions. Actively involved in the
international business community and has assisted numerous clients in
accomplishing financial and operational objectives, including
privatizations.
A partial list of companies previously served include: Santander
Central Hispano Group; Panamerican Beverages, Inc.; Eastern National Bank;
Metro Bank; Star-Kist Foods, Inc.; Telefonica, S.A. Subsidiaries;
WestSphere Equity Investors, L.P.; Florida Marlins Baseball Club;
InterAmerican Development Bank; and Dole Food Company, Inc. (operations in
Central America).
