Alan N. Garcia - Secretary

Alan Garcia is an Audit Manager in the Miami office of Ernst & Young LLP. He has been with the firm six years and served clients in numerous industries including retail and consumer products, biotechnology, real estate, technology and public sector. He currently serves numerous SEC registrants and is involved in teaching national training initiatives at Ernst & Young. He is a member of the FICPA, AICPA and Cuban American CPA Association. He graduated from the University of Miami with Bachelors in Business Administration in 1997 and a Masters in Accounting in 1998. Prior to working for Ernst & Young, Alan worked as in intern in the Latin American Mergers & Acquisition group of Morgan Stanley in New York.
