Hector Tundidor

Hector Tundidor is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services group of Ernst & Young LLP. He provides acquisition advisory services in financial and strategic acquisitions with a focus on the U.S. and Latin America markets. Hector has been involved in numerous domestic and international transactions covering various industries. Hector has worked on over 150 due diligence assignments in Latin America and the U.S. for investments of $ 2 million to over $20 billion. He has also had substantial accounting and auditing experience with SEC clients.

Hector has performed due diligence projects for the following selected clients: Acon Investments, Bavaria, S.A., BellSouth, Citigroup Venture Capital, The General Electric Company, JP Morgan Partners, Newbridge Andean Partners, Sylvan International, Violy & Co. and Votorantim Participacoes. Hector has extensive due diligence experience in the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Caribbean and Central America.

Hector is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of accounting and business experience. Hector received his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Florida International University and Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Miami.

Hector is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Cuban-American Certified Public Accountants Association (CACPA), Florida Institute and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a board member and President-elect of CACPA. Hector is also a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC) and Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the GMCC Leadership Miami program.
